I’m not sure what’s busier, the wedding or the pre-wedding events. It’s great though, and I can’t complain. Ellen has done all of the work. So far, we have had three wedding showers. (Christmas shower, Tool shower, and our Englewood Church shower). It’s amazing how kind people are. My house looks like some special room in the back of Bed, Bath and Beyond where they place all of the wrapped gifts, waiting for people to come pick them up and place the goods in their respective household places. Except we are the people and we’ve already picked up the goods, and we don’t know where to put the stuff. It’s a great problem to have though. A blast really.

This past weekend we spent some time with the students at forest hills baptist church. I led worship for their winter conference at a little place called Linden, TN. It was cold. At one point it was 8 degrees (eight) The kind of cold where you get worried about your blood freezing. It didn’t. Here are some photos.
